It's just Amazing to me how many different shapes, sizes and types of leaves are in this small area!

Beautiful moon tonight!

Birds...

The introvert side won tonight. I was invited to a Church where they were having a Mexican meal and giving a presentation of their youth trip to Mexico but I just couldn't talk myself into going. Even though I love my family and Mexican food, just thinking about how many people would potentially be there and how I would more than likely have to talk to them or at least some of them and how excruciating or traumatizing small talk is with people I don't know very well or at all caused the anxiety level to spike a bit. So I stayed home.

There were several pretty finches at the feeder this afternoon so I decided to see if I could get some pics of them, alas there were no longer  finches to be found. So I took a few pics of what birds I did see then went and washed my dishes.

This teeny tiny bush has a produced a lot more blooms than I would have ever guessed possible just by looking at it. It's behind the house and so small and scraggly no one would expect it to do much but it is definitely exceeding all expectations! 

Sometimes I think I can't do much or no one will notice anyway and I feel like giving up or I don't feel like putting forth much effort. Someone will notice and it is worth it. (I think?) ☺
